Square Deal Realty operates an SMS (text message) program to communicate with consumers who have requested information about our services. This section discloses the full terms of that program, as required by U.S. carrier guidelines and the CTIA Short Code Monitoring Handbook.

- We send SMS text messages to consumers who have submitted an inquiry through our website, requested a cash offer, requested a listing consultation, or initiated a conversation with us through our chat widget. Messages include responses to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and confirmations, document delivery (such as cash offers and listing analyses), follow-up on prior conversations, and customer service related to your transaction or inquiry.
- How to Opt In
- You opt in to receive SMS messages from Square Deal Realty by initiating a conversation with our website chat widget and providing your mobile phone number with explicit, separately-confirmed consent. The chat widget presents independent consent checkboxes for customer care and promotional messaging, each requiring separate affirmative opt-in. We never add a phone number to our messaging program without point-of-entry consent. SMS messages are sent only in response to conversations you have initiated.
- Message Frequency
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You will typically receive between 2 and 10 messages per month, with higher volume during an active transaction. We do not send unsolicited promotional broadcasts.
- How to Opt Out
- You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive one confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out and will not receive further SMS messages from this program. To resume receiving messages, reply START.

- Compatible with major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy & Data Sharing
- Phone numbers and SMS consent records collected by Square Deal Realty are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent is never transferred to affiliates. See our Privacy Policy below for the full data handling disclosure.
- Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
- Providing consent to receive SMS messages from Square Deal Realty is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may communicate with us by phone, email, or in person without enrolling in the SMS program.

4. How We Share Information
We share your information only as necessary to deliver the services you've requested or as required by law. This may include sharing with: our institutional cash buyer partner solely for the purpose of generating a cash offer on your property (when you have requested one); title companies, attorneys, lenders, and escrow officers involved in a transaction you have initiated; service providers who help us operate our business (such as our CRM, email, and SMS platforms), each of whom is bound by confidentiality obligations; and state or federal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or court order. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses standard browser cookies and analytics tools to measure traffic and improve performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may limit some site functionality.
6. Data Retention
